Support
FieldCRM support helps with account access, billing, business profile setup, customer records, Work Orders, estimates, approvals, payments, jobs, closeout, notes, files, team access, and follow-ups.
Built for service business owners
FieldCRM gives owners one place to find the customer, create the Work Order, build the estimate, send approval, collect payment, and keep the job history connected.
Getting help
Email hello@fieldcrm.app with your account email, the page where you saw the issue, and the steps that led to the problem.
Screenshots can help support understand layout or setup problems, but avoid sending sensitive customer or financial details.
Account access
Use the forgot password page if you cannot access your account.
If email delivery is delayed, wait a few minutes before requesting another email. Too many requests in a short period may be temporarily limited.
If you created an account, log in with the same email address to continue setup or your 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
If you were invited to a Team or Business workspace, accept the emailed invite with the same email address so FieldCRM can attach you to the correct tenant.
Billing and cancellation
No card is required during the 14-day free trial. If you subscribe, payment is handled through Stripe; FieldCRM does not store your card details.
If a subscription payment fails or checkout does not finish, return to Billing from the same account and try again before creating a second account.
Active users can manage plan changes, cancellation, and billing details from app settings when the Stripe customer portal is available for their workspace.
Business setup
During setup, FieldCRM asks for business details and service-specific choices so customer records, Work Orders, estimate fields, and follow-ups match the way you sell and schedule work.
If your business type, services, pricing categories, customer details, or workflow values are not represented well, contact support with the details you need captured.
Good setup helps FieldCRM organize future customer records, Work Order estimates, quote approvals, follow-ups, and dashboard reporting around how your business actually operates.
Estimates, quote approvals, and customer links
If a customer cannot open a quote approval link, include the customer name, Work Order or quote title, approximate send time, and whether the customer saw an error message.
If a receipt or payment status looks wrong, include the quote title, customer name, and the last action taken. Do not send card details.
For estimate wording, pricing, or approval mistakes, update the Work Order estimate before sending a corrected approval link to the customer.
The intended internal path is Request, Estimate, Approval, Payment, Job, Closeout, with the Work Order card showing the next action based on what has already happened.
Team access
Team and Business plans are designed so invited teammates can access the same tenant workspace after accepting the invite and setting a password.
The workspace owner should still manage billing, plan changes, invitations, and teammate removal from Settings.
If an accepted teammate cannot enter the workspace, include the invited email address, plan name, invite time, and whether the invite was accepted.
What to include in a support request
Include your account email, business name, browser, device, the page you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
For visual layout issues, include the screen size or device type and a screenshot that does not reveal sensitive customer or payment information.
For urgent account or billing issues, put Account access or Billing in the subject line so support can triage it correctly.
